As a former dancer, I’ve always been very aware of my body.
There are so many psychological reasons and patterns that play into our relationship with food, but it doesn’t have to stay that way.
When I hit a rock bottom with an eating disorder 15 years ago, I didn’t know where to go and 90% of foods scared me. You don’t have to be where I was to know your relationship with food is unbalanced. But I knew I didn’t want to live with fear and control forever so I changed my story.
During the next three months, we will co-create rituals, menus and recipes to fit your lifestyle while also creating new patterns that support your goals. We will meet every other week virtually to talk about what's going on + pain points to set up up for success. After the call, you will receive a plan with shopping guides, menus and recipes along with rituals and tips so you can make adjustments to suit your needs.
Frequently Asked Questions
YES! It's so important to start and continue to cook for yourself to connect with your food, understand how it's making your body feel emotionally and physically so we can make adjustments as needed. If you pay in full, you will receive a 2-hour ocoking class included, but we can add more as needed.
Beyond cooking classes, recipes and our by-weekly calls, you will receive Voxer support Monday-Friday between 10-5pm so as you're cooking or going thrughout your day, we can talk about wins and challenges.
